As a machine learning engineer on our national security team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. Requirements
1+ years of experience within Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science
Experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with Python
Knowledge of NNs, LSTMs, regression, tree-based models, and SVMs
Knowledge of agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops
Knowledge of context window management methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a self-directed way
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in an AI field
Nice to have
Experience with Go
Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, and other forms of semantic search
Experience with software design patterns
Experience with model evaluation and AI quality metrics
