Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Agentforce Marketing Lead / Senior Developer with 6–8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to design, develop, and deliver data-driven, AI-enabled, omnichannel marketing solutions. This role combines strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) technical expertise with exposure to modern marketing architectures, Data Cloud, and emerging Agentforce capabilities along with good hands-on experience with Treasure Data.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement solutions using Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
  • Develop and manage Dynamic, reusable email templates, Multi-step customer journeys, Automation workflows
  • Implement personalization using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL
  • Build journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Web
  • Configure Entry events, decision splits, engagement tracking
  • Support Event-driven and trigger-based campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns meet business goals and maximize ROI
  • Design and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder data models
  • Perform Advanced segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Ensure high-quality data selections for CRM campaigns
  • Work with relational data models and SQL-driven logic
  • Work with Data Cloud for Audience segmentation, Data unification
  • Support integration with CRM systems, External platforms
  • Contribute to AI-driven marketing use cases
  • Support AI-assisted content generation, Send-time optimization, Prompt-driven workflows
  • Collaborate with architects on agent-based marketing solutions
  • Implement integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
  • Enable seamless data exchange between Marketing Cloud, Sales / Service Cloud, External systems
  • Understand ETL pipelines and event-driven architecture
  • Develop end-to-end marketing workflows
  • Participate in Story refinement, Requirements analysis
  • Follow Agile methodologies for iterative delivery
  • Write efficient and scalable code (AMPscript, SSJS, SQL)
  • Optimize Query performance, Automation runtimes, Campaign execution
  • Improve architecture, processes, and system performance
  • Follow best practices: Naming conventions, Reusability, Error handling
  • Create Technical designs, Documentation, Prototypes
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables for long-term scalability
  • Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Marketing stakeholders
  • Engage in client-facing interactions
  • Take ownership of modules or tracks

Requirements

  • 6–8 years in Salesforce ecosystem
  • 3–5+ years hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Consultant in SFMC
  • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), SQL
  • Deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions
  • Strong understanding of Data modeling, Segmentation strategies, Relational databases
  • Experience with Data architecture, Campaign lifecycle management
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, XML
  • Experience building responsive and dynamic email templates
  • APIs (REST/SOAP) integration skills
  • Event-driven architecture
