Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Agent to lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects, taking full responsibility for safety, programme, cost, and performance. The role: You’ll manage projects end-to-end—from mobilisation through to completion—ensuring safe, efficient delivery and strong client relationships. Acting as a key technical lead, you’ll bring teams together to deliver high-quality outcomes on site.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead project planning and delivery across multiple schemes
  • Own programme, cost control, and risk management
  • Provide engineering and technical oversight
  • Manage clients and stakeholders
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture

Requirements

  • Experience in an Agent or similar role in construction/rail/infrastructure
  • Strong track record of safe, on-time project delivery
  • Ability to manage programme, commercial performance, and risk
  • Technical capability to undertake roles such as CRE / TWC
  • SMSTS and relevant qualifications or experience
