You will be responsible for generating sales and meeting sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. You will be involved in reaching out to potential customers via an accessible database, understand their needs and present suitable products or services to customers based on their needs. You should ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Job Responsibility
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell the company's products
Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting leads into sales
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products based on their needs
Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, features, and benefits
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner
Maintain accurate records of customers in the internal CRM/ database
Stay updated on product offerings
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales, demonstrating a commitment to performance excellence
Requirements
Minimum qualification - 12th. Graduates preferred
Freshers can apply/ If experienced: minimum experience of 6 months in a similar role preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and convince potential customers to purchase our services
Ability to build rapport with the customers by understanding their needs and inquiries
