We're looking for an Agent Product Manager to own one of our core product lines and drive it from discovery through deployment. This is not a generalist PM role. You'll go deep on a specific product area, working directly with engineering, design partners, and customers to understand what needs to be built, why, and how to ship it in a way that scales. You'll be the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution, synthesizing feedback from CSMs, TAMs, and customers into clear, actionable product requirements. The best fit here is someone who obsesses over product longevity, not just individual customer happiness, and who can build rapidly, think in systems, and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
Job Responsibility:
Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback, not feature requests
Prioritize ruthlessly between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
Establish clear boundaries on what the product can and cannot do, and ensure sales and CS teams understand them
Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, guide sales on which features to pitch, which customer profiles to target, and what realistic timelines look like
Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling that eliminates manual configuration bottlenecks
Own the feedback loop: ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements, not ad hoc requests
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or a strong ability to ramp quickly
Outcome-driven: you measure success in shipped impact, not process followed
Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to work in person with us in NYC full time
Nice to have:
Bonus: experience with enterprise deployments, multi-location operators, or platform infrastructure
