Job Description:

Position at Renaissance Chengdu Hotel focused on handling guest services operations, meeting guests' service needs, and adhering to Marriott standards.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs
secure payment and activate/reissue room keys
communicate to appropriate staff regarding room availability
arrange transportation for guests
count and secure cash bank
handle all guest calls, requests, and concerns
comply with company policies and quality standards
assist individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience.
