As an Accommodation Intern, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and contributing to the reputation of our brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming guests at breakfast and in public areas
  • Taking care of VIP and regular guests
  • Coordinating special amenities for VIP guests
  • Monitoring guest arrivals and accompanying VIPs of the day
  • Making courtesy calls during the guest's stay
  • Ensuring that all guest feedback (GSS, MVR, social media) is handled within the required timeframe
  • Reporting all guest complaints and issues in GXP & Opera
  • Doing everything possible to fulfill guest requests and ensuring follow-up, both inside and outside the hotel
  • Building guest loyalty and promoting hotel services
  • Recording guest preferences in the designated system
  • Ensuring the quality of services provided and guest satisfaction
  • Advising and organizing guest stays before, during, and after their visit if needed
  • Contributing to the creation of the 'Navigator' and sharing information
