Job Responsibility
Welcoming guests at breakfast and in public areas
Taking care of VIP and regular guests
Coordinating special amenities for VIP guests
Monitoring guest arrivals and accompanying VIPs of the day
Making courtesy calls during the guest's stay
Ensuring that all guest feedback (GSS, MVR, social media) is handled within the required timeframe
Reporting all guest complaints and issues in GXP & Opera
Doing everything possible to fulfill guest requests and ensuring follow-up, both inside and outside the hotel
Building guest loyalty and promoting hotel services
Recording guest preferences in the designated system
Ensuring the quality of services provided and guest satisfaction
Advising and organizing guest stays before, during, and after their visit if needed
Contributing to the creation of the 'Navigator' and sharing information
