Job Description:

Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and payments at Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a quality guest experience. Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Expediting problem payments
following up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues
processing guest check-ins and check-outs
resolving late and disputed charges
answering and processing guest calls, messages, or requests
coordinating with Housekeeping
running daily reports
reviewing shift logs and creating documentation
balancing and dropping receipts
training, motivating, and coaching employees
ensuring adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year related work experience
