The Agent-Front Desk-Lead at Four Points by Sheraton Taicang assists with guest check-ins, payments, and resolving guest-related issues. They coordinate with housekeeping, run daily reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role also involves assisting management in training and coaching employees, maintaining professionalism, and addressing guests' service needs.
