Job Description:

As Agent-At Your Service, the role involves assisting guests with their inquiries, managing communications via various channels, logging and resolving guest requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The position emphasizes communication skills, attention to guest needs, familiarity with the property, and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process guest requests
operate telephone switchboard
process guest requests for wake-up calls
connect and direct calls
receive, record, and relay messages
log guest requests or issues in computer
contact appropriate individual or department and follow up
provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment
follow company policies
maintain confidentiality
anticipate guest service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
speak clearly and professionally
read and visually verify information
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
