Job Description:

The Agent-At Your Service role involves assisting guests with their requests, processing messages, and providing information about the property and local area. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, clear communication, and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process guest requests, questions, or concerns via various communication channels
operate telephone switchboard
process guest requests for wake-up calls
connect and direct calls to extensions
receive, record, and relay messages accurately
log guest requests or issues into the system
contact appropriate personnel or department to resolve requests
provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
assist guests with accessing internet and entertainment
comply with quality assurance standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
clear and professional communication skills
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds
adherence to company policies and standards.
