Breef is seeking an Agency Success & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Denver. This role sits at the center of our global agency community and plays a key part in ensuring our partners have a successful experience on the Breef platform. You will help connect top creative and marketing agencies with exciting brand opportunities, working closely with our agency partners to support their participation and growth on the platform. A core part of the role is project curation: thoughtfully matching agencies with client opportunities where they can do their best work. This position blends customer success, operations and project coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in project management or account services. They are highly organized and excited to work closely with creatives and agency leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing startup.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage relationships with agencies on the Breef platform, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and set up for success
  • Guide agencies through onboarding and help them understand how to best participate in Breef’s process
  • Curate agencies for project opportunities to ensure strong brand-agency-project matches
  • Identify ways to improve agency engagement, retention, and overall platform experience
  • Contribute to operational improvements across agency workflows, including onboarding, communication, and platform use
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to support agency-related initiatives
  • Share insights and feedback from the agency community to help inform platform and business improvements
  • Embody the mission and vision of Breef while serving as a trusted partner to our agency network

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management, customer success or account services experience within an agency, media company or technology company setting
  • Strong familiarity with the modern agency landscape and the services agencies provide to marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A highly organized and process-driven approach to project management

  • Completes assigned tickets efficiently and in alignment with relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per task type with guidance from experienced technicians. Seeks guidance from more experienced technicians on difficult or complex tickets.
  • Develops an understanding of effective execution order strategy(ies) for assigned tasks with assistance from experienced technicians or direct-line management. Determines if crevasses encountered on the trail are safe to cross using several methods (GPR analysis, hot water drill exploration, possibly with the use of explosives and through the use of formulas and standards provided by engineers).
  • Uses sound judgment in conducting all traverse operations in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and objectives. Communicates daily progress to the Traverse Operations Manager, Science Traverse Supervisor and/or Field Operations Manager.
  • Supervises traverse staff and completes end of season evaluations for personnel. Assigns tasking and outlines priorities daily. Identifies and communicates times for starting, stopping, breaks, meals, etc. Determines operational tempo based on environmental and scheduling factors.
  • Serves as safety coordinator. Implements USAP's environmental, health and safety programs and holds regular safety meetings. Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace and that all safety related rules and regulations are adhered to. Ensures that nothing is left in the field and that any releases to the environment are remediated properly and documented accordingly.
  • Communicates all safety incidents and near misses using the ASC reporting protocols.
  • Communicates professionally with their staff to relay information needed to be successful in their jobs. This includes, but is not limited to: staff meetings, performance appraisals, job requirements, structured trainings, SOP’s, and safety practices.
  • Ensures that all facilities and equipment are maintained and operated safely, that the camp is tidy, and that waste is stored properly throughout the season. Responsible for all hazardous cargo identification, labeling, and handling prior to disposal upon return to McMurdo Station.
