We are a member of the NHS Workforce Alliance framework. We are looking for experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses and Clinical Support Workers to support those experiencing mental health difficulties in both secured and unsecured environments across Norfolk and Suffolk. We also have places for experienced Registered General Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to work in Community Hospitals and General Hospitals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high standards of skilled nursing care to service users based on everyone’s needs in consultation with the client’s team of staff
  • Ensure service users receive safe, individualised and effective standards of nursing care
  • Work with and alongside the client’s team of nursing and caring staff whilst on duty
  • Act as ambassador for Norvic Healthcare
  • Ensure all written documentation adheres to the client’s policies and procedures, Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines and that of Norvic Healthcare
  • Provide care and support services for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, and/or behaviours that may challenge the skills of the staff member
  • Work with the client’s team of staff, contributing to effective team working
  • Carry out tasks that may be reasonably assigned to you to the best of your ability
  • Provide care and support as identified in care reviews and care plans, as directed by senior staff within the client’s establishment
  • Promote the reputation of Norvic Healthcare
  • Support those experiencing mental health difficulties in both secured and unsecured environments across Norfolk and Suffolk
  • Work in Community Hospitals and General Hospitals
