We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and execution-driven Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management for selected clients. This role sits within the business team that forges, owns, and nurtures client relationships. It requires high-accountability and confidence. Being a conscientious, Type A personality with exceptional discipline, rigor, and follow-through is a must. The individual will partner closely with strategy, creative, video, web, performance marketing, and other cross-functional teams, driving project scheduling and prioritization in line with stated goals. The role also requires direct interaction with senior client-side stakeholders, including marketing leaders, business heads, and cross-functional decision-makers, whenever required. This individual will report to the Senior Client Account Manager of CSG. Important: This is not a coordinator or ‘traffic manager’ role. We are specifically looking for someone who goes far beyond routing tasks, forwarding emails, or passively tracking status updates. The expectation is to actively drive outcomes, push teams, resolve blockers, enforce accountability, and ensure the final output meets client expectations in terms of on-time delivery and quality. Candidates who see project management as merely moving tasks from one team to another will not be a fit for this role.

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Management, Communication or Advertising
7–9 years of proven project/program management experience
Prior experience in agency, integrated marketing, digital services, consulting, or technology-led environments
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent client workstreams
Strong understanding of marketing, marketing communication, campaign execution, and content workflows
Strong command of project management methodologies and governance
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools relevant to project management and marketing operations
Neutral accent
Must be able to communicate with global and senior client stakeholders in polished, professional business English
