Job Description

This role is designed to work closely with Awin's agency partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are kept up to date with Awin products, technology and partners. The successful candidate should be able to recognize up-selling opportunities whilst further developing and strengthening our partnership with the agency.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor inbound enquiries from agencies, responding in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Identify agency partnership opportunities and work closely with the agency to understand needs and educate them on how Awin can benefit the client and agency
  • Proactively approach agencies to increase volume of agency business through new business opportunities as well as cross and up-selling Awin products, partner solution, and technology contributing to overall Awin success
  • Drive relationship with key agency stakeholders via regular conference calls, in person at agency events and in-person on a 1:1 basis with agency staff
  • Work with internal global stakeholders on global agency partnership development projects – to ensure that agencies have the same experience when working with Awin in multiple territories
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to utilize the Awin approach with agencies and align with market needs
  • Proactively identifies and proposes new, thoughtful and creative suggestions for agency partnership development to the table – working closely with local and global stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' account management or sales experience – with a focus on affiliate marketing or other online marketing discipline
  • Native-level Polish speaker with business fluency in English
  • Understanding of all performance marketing channels
  • Confident with using Salesforce, advanced Excel skills would be an advantage
  • Experience generating content inside LMS or eloomi is an advantage
  • Strong communicator, someone who can ask the right questions to identify client needs
