Uber Advertising’s vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. The Agency Partner will focus on enabling and empowering agencies to excel across Uber Advertising's platform in service to their advertisers.
Job Responsibility:
Establishing Uber Advertising as an indispensable partner to the largest agency holding companies
Developing strategic, long-term partnerships with our agency partners
Develop and execute agency account plans focused on providing education, go-to-market support, driving demand, establishing partnerships, and ensuring advocacy and trust
Partner with external stakeholders and leadership across key functions in support of our mutual business
Partner with sales and functional leadership to deliver on established revenue targets
Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
Provide marketplace feedback to cross-functional teams to inform ads products and strategy
Host business reviews with external and internal leadership (QBR's, etc.)
Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your broader teammates when the need arises
Requirements:
8+ years of advertising sales or agency experience with Dentsu/ WPP/ Omnicom
Proven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar advertising business
Embodies and promotes the values of Uber
Previous experience working with agency leadership to establish partnership plans and grow business/ demand
Strong network across the UK&I agency landscape
