Job Responsibility

  • Develop and deploy initiatives to drive business momentum based on agency strengths and client portfolios
  • Co-create innovative solutions with agencies to showcase Meta's value
  • Improve productivity and efficiency across enterprise domains by leveraging Meta solutions and technologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive the development of large-scale adoption programs and experimentations to enhance agency capabilities
  • Build trustful relationships with agencies from C-level to operational levels to influence mindset and behavior changes. Demonstrated experience of using data to inform strategies and influence decision making
  • Strategically manage politics and relations across multiple stakeholders within the managed agency corporation
  • Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to solve challenges and remove roadblocks. Troubleshoot and track the progress of tasks, supporting agency and industry influencers on Facebook and Instagram page issues
  • Collaborate with large enterprise sales and SMB sales teams to identify and pitch transformational opportunities to clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Agency, Media Sales, Consulting, and/or Online Advertising, with a focus on leading businesses or accounts
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building Practical experience of relationships with agencies or advertisers
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the advertising industry and digital marketing landscape
  • Proven track record of success in communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with the operational team and influence the leadership team
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Evidenced success in good communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills
  • Native-level Mandarin and business-level English proficiency
