Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Agency Lead covering Essencemediacom. The successful candidate will be based in London, report to the Group Head and will be required to manage their own pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the market, have a strong contact list across WPP/Essencemediacom. They will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the current market and where to leverage omnichannel opportunities to drive sales. Most importantly, the candidate will be able to source significant levels of new business, develop strong client relationships, mentor and support members of the team

Job Responsibility

  • Work with Group Head to manage the Essencemediacom relationship including the trading deal and help drive revenue growth opportunities
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity across Blis’ product set
  • Conversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve realistic targets
  • Deep relationship building and account management of your agency patch
  • Be proactive and input into team strategy and the wider company vision
  • Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital sales and account management
  • Currently leveraging large budgets from media agencies
  • Have a deep international contact list and experience to hit the ground running and quickly deliver on sales targets
  • A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media buyers
  • A proven track record of growing a pipeline from scratch
  • The confidence to present to large and small audiences
  • A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Demonstrable self-starter experience
  • A commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment
