Job Description

We are partnering with a leading international insurer to appoint an experienced Transformation Lead to support a high-profile transformation initiative across the Agency and Distribution function. This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders, including leadership within Agency and Distribution, to help shape and implement a new platform aimed at improving agency performance, management insight, and decision-making. It is a strong fit for someone who understands the insurance distribution landscape, can operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments, and is comfortable translating business needs into practical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Agency, Distribution, FP&A, and Performance Management to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand current pain points, target operating needs, and performance objectives
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology and implementation teams
  • Act as a bridge between business users and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support solution design, process mapping, gap analysis, and business change activities
  • Help ensure the delivered solution reflects the needs of senior business users and supports adoption across the function
  • Navigate a complex stakeholder environment, balancing priorities across multiple senior decision-makers

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
  • Strong experience within insurance, with particular exposure to Agency and Distribution projects
  • Proven track record of working on business transformation, system implementation, or platform change initiatives
  • Ability to engage credibly with very senior stakeholders, including C-suite and business heads
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to manage differing views and internal politics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including finance, performance management, and business leadership
  • Fluent Cantonese and English are essential

Nice to have

  • Experience gained within a Tier 1 insurer, top-tier consulting firm, or large-scale transformation environment
  • Big Four consulting background with strong insurance project exposure would be highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of agency performance, distribution management, and business planning processes within insurance
