Job Description

As an Agency Patch Expert, you will play a crucial role in maximising revenues and building strong relationships with key industry players. You will leverage your expertise to understand agency briefs and client challenges, developing innovative, data-driven, multi-platform solutions that drive impactful results. Working closely with planners, investment teams, and digital experts, you will contribute to the overall success of the business by ensuring a strategic and collaborative approach to media planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Maximising revenues and building strong relationships with key industry players
  • Developing innovative, data-driven, multi-platform solutions
  • Driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining influential relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conducting a minimum of six external business meetings per week
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement quarterly Business Plans
  • Developing and presenting a minimum of four proactive ideas each month
  • Overseeing programmatic delivery, ensuring effective PG and PMP integrations
  • Collaborating with other Agency Business Managers and departments
  • Regularly sharing data insights from proprietary systems
  • Maintaining accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Supporting the development of Agency Executives
  • Upholding Reachs diversity and inclusion policies

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximise opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with agency personnel and clients
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Deep understanding of the digital and print advertising markets, as well as the broader UK media landscape
  • Strong working knowledge of the Reach plc portfolio
  • Experience in managing programmatic delivery, including PG and PMP integrations
  • Ability to work across multiple departments to foster a cohesive and goal-driven environment
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching colleagues
