Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Take lead on day-to-day agency relationships
  • Shape and deliver sales strategy
  • Steer negotiations and produce maximum yield from the full Reach portfolio
  • Craft and run quarterly business plans for your patch
  • Team up with fellow Agency Business Managers across sales hubs to keep approach aligned
  • Partner with multiple areas of the business including Programmatic, Trading, Publishing, Finance, Ad Ops, Editorial and Invention to drive advertising revenue and profitability
  • Develop close relationships to key planners, investment teams and digital seats
  • Understand an agency's brief or client problem and create, sell and deliver a multi-platform, data-driven solution

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a media owner or media agency environment
  • Proven track record in sales strategy and revenue growth
  • Highly numerate with strong commercial acumen
  • Established, influential relationships across agency planning and content teams
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present and articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Collaborative leader able to build robust networks with internal stakeholders
  • High-energy, engaging personality that drives change and influences outcomes at a fast pace
  • Strong understanding of the branded content marketplace, digital, national, and regional press media
