Job Description:

The Agency & Trust team provides innovative banking solutions to financial institutions, corporate clients, and public sector entities around the world. The business offers a full range of agency, fiduciary, tender and exchange, depository and escrow services in both developed and emerging markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead negotiations and implementation of Agency & Trust Clients' contracts
  • Execution and closing syndicated loan agreements
  • Liaise and coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients
  • Attend work meetings with clients and involved parties
  • Work with Corporate Bank officers and professionals
  • Coordinate support from internal areas (Operations, IBCO, Compliance, Taxes, Legal)
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Obtain sign-off on contracts from all parties
  • Verify precedent conditions and approvals
  • Handle contract signing process
  • Coordinate with other teams internally and externally
  • Conduct meetings to discuss transactions
  • Prepare checklists for deal implementation
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients
  • Participate in Deal Review, Sales, Product, RM meetings
  • Perform follow-ups on documentation
  • Respond to escalation questions
  • Provide insight on best practices

Requirements:

  • Knowledge Issuer Services (Agency & Trust)
  • 5 years banking experience
  • Knowledge of fiduciary and syndicated loans products
  • Proven business engagement skills
  • Experience interacting with external and internal clients
  • Teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Economic areas (Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance)
