Job Responsibility:
Lead all aspects of retail operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and customer experience
Identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize inventory
Oversee purchasing, procurement, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to expand product offerings and services
Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
Ensure smooth operations across store, warehouse, and distribution functions
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business, Management, or a related field is an asset
5+ years of experience in retail or operations management
Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and financial oversight
Agricultural industry experience is an asset but not required
Nice to have:
