Ag Retail Store Manager

• Lead all aspects of retail operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and customer experience
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize inventory
• Oversee purchasing, procurement, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to expand product offerings and services
• Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
• Ensure smooth operations across store, warehouse, and distribution functions

• Post-secondary education in Business, Management, or a related field is an asset
• 5+ years of experience in retail or operations management
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and financial oversight
• Agricultural industry experience is an asset but not required
