Ag Lender

We are partnering with a locally owned bank with over $1 billion in assets to find an experienced agricultural lender. This is a hybrid/remote position ideal for someone based near Freeport, Rockford, Dixon, DeKalb, IL, or Beloit, WI. The bank is seeking a relationship-focused professional with a minimum of eight years of lending experience. While the starting portfolio will be modest, the primary focus is on meeting with customers, developing new relationships, and expanding loan and deposit opportunities across the region. This bank values independence and is not a micromanagement environment-ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys autonomy and is driven to make a long-term impact. As the face of the bank in the field, this person should be eager to stay engaged with the ag community and grow the bank’s presence.
