Job Description:

We are working with a community bank located in West Central Minnesota that is in need of an experienced Ag or Commercial Loan Officer with at least 3+ years’ experience that could take over an existing $20 – $30 million portfolio of loans. The typical ag loans are row crops, ag lines, term loans and real estate loans of $250,000 up to $5 million in size. It is important that this person be both customer and community oriented. This person would be one of several lenders reporting directly to the Market President. This is a very fast growing, highly capitalized, profitable and clean bank that has been family owned for over 65 years! Some other strengths of this bank group are that they offer a work environment that provides lots of autonomy, and no micro management. They believe in family first, work second and offer a pay for performance compensation plan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take over an existing $20 – $30 million portfolio of loans
  • Manage typical ag loans including row crops, ag lines, term loans, and real estate loans
  • Report directly to the Market President

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer
  • Experience managing an existing loan portfolio
  • Customer and community oriented
  • Ability to handle loans from $250,000 up to $5 million in size
