As an Aftersales Trainer, you'll be the driving force behind the development of our Aftersales teams. Supporting our industry leading processes and systems, your role will be to harness your existing skills and knowledge to turbocharge the performance of our Aftersales colleagues, ensuring they stay ahead in the fast-paced automotive world.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging and effective aftersales training programmes tailored to Vertu Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers
Provide on-site dealership coaching to support performance improvement and best practice adoption
Work closely with Divisional Aftersales Management teams to identify training needs and deliver targeted solutions
Support new starters and existing colleagues through structured coaching and follow-up development
Stay up to date with industry trends, systems and processes to ensure training remains relevant and effective
Requirements:
Proven success in a Motor Retail PLC Service counter, as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller is essential
Strong understanding of aftersales processes, customer journey, and operational performance
Passion for developing yourself and others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High personal and professional standards
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
