Job Description:

You are the key product specialist for dealers providing technical support and guidance in both product sales and aftersales process within the geographic area. You will report product and quality issues to the Headquarters and coordinate activities. You proactively build relationships with all stakeholders at all levels both sales and aftersales. You plan, organise and execute specialist machine demonstrations / trainings and are responsible for the organisation/management of shows/exhibitions and associated marketing and social media activities. You work closely with the territory manager in your area and develop dealers professionally. You actively plan, coordinate and participate in the build-up, maintenance and movement of PÖTTINGER promotional machines.

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience in agricultural industry and hands on experience of agricultural equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of PÖTTINGER products, competitors, customers and farm structures in Finland
  • Team player with excellent technical skills in regards of problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including presentation abilities
  • Confident using various social media tools, CRM and other associated IT systems
  • Ability to manage your time and workload effectively
  • Willing to travel to provide the necessary sales and product support
