Job Responsibility
Prepare accurate and timely spare parts quotations using our SAP system
Process spare parts and service-related orders efficiently
Coordinate customer returns, repairs, invoicing, and credit processes seamlessly
Proactively monitor and manage open orders to ensure on-time delivery
Expedite sales order backlog to maximize billing output
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Provide high-quality, responsive customer service across all communication channels
Monitor local stock levels and backorders, addressing shortages proactively
Drive improvements in quoting, order processing, and customer service
Requirements
Experienced on SAP including producing quotes and processing orders
Excellent communication skills with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
An inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
