We are now seeking a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales function, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, departmental performance, and profitability.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, productivity, and labour sales performance
  • Maintain effective cost control and parts stock management
  • Implement and monitor effective processes to maximise profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer requirements, policies, and industry regulations
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and in line with company standards
  • Work collaboratively with the senior management team to support overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior Service Management role within the motor industry
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of workshop efficiency, parts operations, and aftersales KPIs
  • IT literate with experience using dealer management systems

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to fleet uptime, response times, workshop productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee parts inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise equipment downtime
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a key escalation point for technical and service-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations, health and safety regulations, and company procedures
  • Work closely with operations, rental, and sales teams to support business growth and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage departmental budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
