An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established automotive retailer in Kidlington. We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual to lead a busy aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service standards while driving department performance and profitability. This role would suit a confident leader with a strong background in automotive aftersales management and a passion for developing teams and delivering operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales/service department
  • Drive departmental performance, profitability, and efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or similar automotive leadership role

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
