Job Description:

This Aftersales Manager is a varied engineering and technical role where you will not only manage after-sales issues including service, warranty and ECN’s for our machinery and equipment, but you’ll also be involved with NPI, tracking projects through to production and getting involved in pre-sales and tendering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead your product support team, remaining hands on where needed (currently four people)
  • Manage after sales issues including warranty claims, field service, technical support etc
  • Work closely with our production teams
  • Support presales technically and with sales tenders

Requirements:

  • Technically minded though experience and qualification – likely mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Competent taking ownership for after sales product support for warranty issues and service
  • Open on your background as long as it’s capital equipment or industrial machinery
  • Strong team management and leadership experience
  • Be able to support the commercial team technically
