Aftersales customer services agent - Required for this well known travel company based in North London. They are looking for a experienced travel person ideally with GDS knowledge to work in this busy aftersales team. They will pay up to £28,0000 + up to £5,000 comm and benefits.
Job Responsibility
To answer all calls in a courteous and professional manner within the departmental standards
To deal with all telephone and email queries post reservation and general queries
To amend or cancel reservations as a result of incoming enquiries. To include amending dates, upgrading tickets, route changes, name changes, refunds and seat/meal requests
To amend hotel, car hire and transfer reservations
To action ETA's (visa's), API's, Mobility Forms within set timeframes
To work to set targets and ensure efficient customer care handling
Ability to make decisions in a pressurised environment
Computer Literate – to be able to use a variety of applications
GDS(galileo),Outlook and possibly word/excel
Requirements
Travel industry experience is a must with in a sales , customer service or administration team
Ideally GDS trained, galileo would be a major advantage
