As an Afternoon Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Paul Rigby Ltd during the crucial afternoon hours. Your professionalism and excellent communication skills will ensure our customers and visitors receive outstanding service. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £14,871.00 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role within our organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or personnel
