Job Description

Territory Sales Manager opportunity with a $20B+ global manufacturer and market leader within filtration and industrial technologies. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will manage an established regional territory covering Winnipeg, Saskatoon, and Regina through a combination of maintaining existing distributor relationships and developing new business with end users across the region. This is a highly consultative sales role within a mature territory that already has strong momentum, an established customer base, and significant runway for continued growth. The territory currently represents an ~$8M book of business and has consistently grown year-over-year, recently finishing well above budget. There are several major distributor relationships already established within the region, along with direct end-user accounts across industries such as fleet, construction, mining, agriculture, oil & gas, transportation, and industrial processing. This role is roughly a 50/50 split between farming existing business and hunting for new opportunities. You’ll partner closely with distributor sales teams while also building direct relationships with key end users throughout the territory. Travel is expected to be approximately 50% throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan, with the flexibility and autonomy to manage the territory like your own business. Additional highlights: Strong existing distributor network and sales pipeline; Positive culture and investment in employee development — average tenure is 13+ years, with many employees there 20–30+ years; Highly autonomous environment with minimal micromanagement; $20B+ organization with strong upward mobility and long-term career growth opportunities across multiple divisions.
