The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within MediusGo’s existing customer base. This includes identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, as well as increasing adoption of additional products and services. The role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value by turning satisfied customers into long-term, high-value accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the aftermarket sales strategy across the existing MediusGo customer base
Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed base
Partner closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities
Develop and execute campaigns to increase product adoption and generate a strong expansion pipeline
Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and add-on solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Monitor customer health, usage data, and commercial potential to prioritize sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Contribute to improving commercial processes that enhance retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles
Proven track record in expansion sales, renewals, or growing revenue within an existing customer base
Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and forecasting tools
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Experience in AP automation, spend management, ERP integrations, or related fintech/software domains is a plus
