Job Description

The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within MediusGo’s existing customer base. This includes identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, as well as increasing adoption of additional products and services. The role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value by turning satisfied customers into long-term, high-value accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and execute the aftermarket sales strategy across the existing MediusGo customer base
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed base
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase product adoption and generate a strong expansion pipeline
  • Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and add-on solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Monitor customer health, usage data, and commercial potential to prioritize sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Contribute to improving commercial processes that enhance retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles
  • Proven track record in expansion sales, renewals, or growing revenue within an existing customer base
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and forecasting tools
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience in AP automation, spend management, ERP integrations, or related fintech/software domains is a plus
  • Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset
  • Proactive, structured, and highly accountable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Curious, growth-oriented, and motivated by delivering customer value
