Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute fully to annual operations planning for the business
  • Operationalize strategy with 3-to-5-year vision, specific to area of work
  • Understand, evaluate and critique quarterly financial plan inputs

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or manufacturing management, or other discipline with relevant experience leading technical manufacturing and 5-10 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multi-discipline teams in a high tempo environment
  • Leadership experience in Aftermarket / Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
  • Expertise applying project management skills and techniques including: stakeholder management, team-building, critical decision making, cost analysis, risk mitigation and opportunity realization
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Lean - Sigma manufacturing principles
  • Strong presentation, data analysis and organizational skills

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Management or other relevant field , or other discipline and 10-15 years of demonstrated experience leading teams in a high tempo, aerospace electronics production environment
  • Knowledge in FAA Regulations and Standards
  • Experience in developing Design for Manufacturing standards
  • Leadership experience within supply chain environment
  • Strong foundation in the Operations function
  • Experience with the development and manufacture of safety / flight critical electronics
  • 6 Sigma Black Belt
