Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftercare Manager to join a market-leading organisation within the high-end residential AV sector. This position requires a confident and professional individual capable of managing premium client relationships, leading a dedicated aftercare team, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service to discerning clientele.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of escalation between clients and the Aftercare team
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team members to achieve key performance objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance service revenue
  • Collaborate effectively with senior management to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a professional approach when dealing with Prime and Super Prime clients

Requirements:

  • Proven background in client relations, account management, or customer service within a premium or technical environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in ticketing or contract management systems with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to balance client expectations and company objectives
  • Calm, confident, and composed when dealing with high-profile clients
What we offer:
  • £45,000 basic + up to £10,000 commission potential through upselling services
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • 20 days + bank holidays, increasing by 3 days after 2 years’ service
  • Health Scheme enrolment after 3 years’ service
