Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftercare Manager to join a market-leading organisation within the high-end residential AV sector. This position requires a confident and professional individual capable of managing premium client relationships, leading a dedicated aftercare team, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service to discerning clientele.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships
Act as the primary point of escalation between clients and the Aftercare team
Lead, develop, and motivate team members to achieve key performance objectives
Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance service revenue
Collaborate effectively with senior management to resolve complex issues
Maintain a professional approach when dealing with Prime and Super Prime clients

Requirements:

Proven background in client relations, account management, or customer service within a premium or technical environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in ticketing or contract management systems with excellent attention to detail
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance client expectations and company objectives
Calm, confident, and composed when dealing with high-profile clients

What we offer:

£45,000 basic + up to £10,000 commission potential through upselling services
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
20 days + bank holidays, increasing by 3 days after 2 years’ service
