Job Description:

Bring your leadership and creativity to Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit serving children and families. As a Site Coordinator, you’ll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after-school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the program
Provide leadership and support to staff
Create a positive, engaging environment for children
Help children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities
Assist with homework and lead exciting STEM adventures
Inspire creativity with cooking and craft activities
Supervise outdoor games and sports
Build relationships with families and ensure program quality

Requirements:

Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for creating a fun, supportive environment for kids
Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated
