Job Description

As a 1:1 Inclusion Aide, you’ll build meaningful connections by supporting a keiki one-on-one to help them feel included, confident, and fully engaged in our after-school program.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide individualized support that helps a child engage, grow, and thrive alongside peers
  • Build trust and encourage independence in a safe, joyful environment

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Genuine love for working with keiki (children)
  • Eagerness to learn

Nice to have

Experience as an RBT, SPED aide, or paraprofessional
