Job Description:

Bring your Aloha spirit and heart for service to Kama‘aina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families. As a 1:1 Inclusion Aide, you’ll build meaningful connections by supporting a keiki one-on-one to help them feel included, confident, and fully engaged in our after-school program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide individualized support that helps a child engage, grow, and thrive alongside peers
  • Build trust and encourage independence in a safe, joyful environment

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a genuine love for working with keiki (children)

Nice to have:

Experience as an RBT, SPED aide, or paraprofessional
