We’re looking for energetic, caring people to join our Lihue ‘ohana and help our elementary keiki grow, learn, and have the best afternoons ever. (Kaumualiʻi & Wilcox Elementary Schools)

Job Responsibility

Be a Role Model: Lead groups of keiki (ages 5–10) through games, arts & crafts, and outdoor play
Coach & Support: Help with homework and encourage positive behavior
Keep it Safe: Use "Active Supervision" to ensure a secure and organized environment
Collaborate: Work with a team of fun, like-minded leaders to run a smooth program

Requirements

Has a heart for kids: genuinely enjoy being around children and helping them succeed
Is a Team Player: show up on time and bring a positive attitude
Is Ready to Lead: 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Lives near Lihue: can reliably commute to our sites (Kaumualiʻi & Wilcox)
