As an After School Aide, you’ll support our Group Leaders to help create fun, engaging, and safe after-school experiences for keiki — all while gaining real leadership experience and earning great pay. This role is perfect for high school students who love working with kids, want to strengthen teamwork and communication skills, and are ready to make a positive impact in their community.

Job Responsibility:

Helping set up and assist with activities, games, and projects
Encouraging and guiding keiki during program time
Supporting a positive, inclusive environment
Assisting with transitions, cleanup, and logistics
Being a reliable teammate who helps us deliver a great experience every day

Requirements:

Are a high school student (under age 18)
Enjoy working with children and want to help them have fun
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are responsible, punctual, and ready to learn
Have a positive attitude and Aloha spirit
