Job Responsibility

Organise a welcoming, effective and professional reception for the school
Be the front-line for the school through welcoming visitors and operating the telephone switchboard system
Greet all visitors to the school and distribute ID passes
Deal with all callers and visitors in a polite and courteous manner
Maintain staff signing in/out system and monitor electronic gates
Action incoming electronic mail requests and the Reception email box
Create and send out letters and parent messages
Receive, sort & distribute incoming post and collate, frank & distribute outgoing post
Support the supervision of the student ambassadors on a daily basis
Be the point of radio contact for Senior staff in school
