Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to strengthen our after‑sales service team. This role is essential to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our solutions at customer sites, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and extraordinary maintenance activities (e.g., battery replacement, component replacement)
  • Commission and start up new products at customer sites
  • Complete service reports and provide detailed feedback to the company
  • Manage preventive maintenance activities for strategic customers (Key Accounts)
  • Maintain company tools and devices in proper operating condition (vehicle, phone, laptop, etc.)
  • Use PPE correctly and comply with all company safety guidelines
  • Manage spare parts accurately and keep the service inventory organized
  • Report field feedback on products, customers, and potential commercial opportunities
  • Respect deadlines for submitting reports, expense notes, and monthly activity documentation

Requirements:

  • Technical background in electronics or electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of SOCOMEC and multibrand products
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Availability for daily travel across the assigned Italian territory
  • Italian: fluent
  • English: basic
  • Residence: required within the service area
