This position is a technical support position for the retailers, Customer Service Center and Repair Center in China. Through your work, you can make our service more professional and more accurate.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for responding consumer questions and verification of difficult issues of product
Responsible for the initial analysis of batch problems and communication with related technical personnel
Maintain and optimize product and after-sales related systems (RMS / OMS etc.)
Responsible for customer service staff and repair center staff training on products
Responsible for the optimization of repair and testing method for CN repair center
Output test and repair SOPs according to the company's relevant technical data

Requirements:
Bachelor degree, Major in electronics, communication engineering, Microelectronics, etc.
More than 3 years in technical support of electronic or acoustic products
Experience in maintaining system or system requirement analysis
Experience in compiling SOPs for electronic and acoustic product testing, repair, and field debugging
Good written and verbal English Communication skills
Proficient in analog and digital circuits, skilled in the use of oscilloscopes, multimeter, common test equipment and circuit simulation software
Familiar with various test methods and test tools for electronic and acoustic products
Skilled in using all kinds of office software, especially excel, word, power-point etc.
Ability to read English technical documents proficiently
Nice to have:
Experience in speakers, headphones, or amplifiers is preferred
