As After Sales Support, you will play a key role in providing structured and reliable back-office support for the Food Systems Service Sales Team. You ensure efficient coordination across functions, support the quotation and order process, and contribute to strong customer service and commercial follow-up.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Sales Unit (SU) Service Managers in handling and following up on service requests via ServiceNow
Coordinate communication between Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply, Purchasing, Warehousing, and other stakeholders
Create and process quotations, including identification of spare parts, drawings, part numbers, pricing, and delivery times
Submit item creation requests for new Food System parts in Distribution Centers
Maintain and update customer and project documentation
Support the creation of service kits and assist in preparing quotations for Service Agreements
Collect and analyze customer install base data to support sales initiatives
Facilitate technical support coordination and contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes
Requirements:
Degree in Process, Food Science/Technology, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
Solid experience within the field
Strong foundation in process engineering
Good technical understanding of process systems
Experience within after sales in the food and/or feed processing industry
Knowledge of mechanical and thermodynamic principles, including mass and energy balance analysis
Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency
Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
Consultative and communicative approach
Experience from food processing environments — particularly within the protein industry — considered a strong advantage
