Job Description

As After Sales Support, you will play a key role in providing structured and reliable back-office support for the Food Systems Service Sales Team. You ensure efficient coordination across functions, support the quotation and order process, and contribute to strong customer service and commercial follow-up.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Sales Unit (SU) Service Managers in handling and following up on service requests via ServiceNow
  • Coordinate communication between Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply, Purchasing, Warehousing, and other stakeholders
  • Create and process quotations, including identification of spare parts, drawings, part numbers, pricing, and delivery times
  • Submit item creation requests for new Food System parts in Distribution Centers
  • Maintain and update customer and project documentation
  • Support the creation of service kits and assist in preparing quotations for Service Agreements
  • Collect and analyze customer install base data to support sales initiatives
  • Facilitate technical support coordination and contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Process, Food Science/Technology, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Solid experience within the field
  • Strong foundation in process engineering
  • Good technical understanding of process systems
  • Experience within after sales in the food and/or feed processing industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical and thermodynamic principles, including mass and energy balance analysis
  • Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency
  • Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
  • Consultative and communicative approach
  • Experience from food processing environments — particularly within the protein industry — considered a strong advantage
