Job Description:

The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining customer records for a company specializing in engineering solutions for the data center industry.

Job Responsibility:

Answer customer calls, emails, and online chats helpfully and professionally
Solve customer questions about products and services quickly and accurately
Explain products and services clearly, offer solutions, and help customers make good choices
Handle customer complaints efficiently
Work with other teams to fix complaints and keep customers updated
Keep customers informed about their orders, service appointments, and follow-ups
Maintain customer database
Track and analyze customer service data

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree graduate in Mechatronics/electronics or similar qualification
2 years working experience in the industry
Experience working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to understand customer problems and find good solutions
Friendly, helpful, and focused on providing excellent service
Responsible and pays attention to details
