Job Description

A leading distributor of commercial food service equipment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Customer Support representative. This role is ideal for a conscientious problem-solver who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for managing incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users and service contractors
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing technical manuals and collaborating with manufacturers
  • Process walk-in parts orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas systems within the food service equipment industry
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
