After Hours Dual Diagnosis Practitioner

Jesuit Social Services seeks one qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Connexions Program in the role of Afterhours Dual Diagnosis Practitioner. The successful applicant will have a well-developed understanding of working with marginalised individuals affected by dual diagnosis concerns (mental health and problematic substance use) and a commitment to assertive outreach. These after hours (Wednesday & Friday 10-6pm, Thursday 12-8pm, Saturdays 10-4pm) positions are based in Sunshine, with a large component of the role to be provided in outreach settings. This role is funded until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding renewal outcome.
